Special Education Complaint Form The UFT has created a Special Education Complaint Form to facilitate problem solving around special education issues. The form asks for specific information about the problem. Once we receive the complaint, a member of the union's special education staff will review it. You will receive a call to verify the information. We will then work with you to determine the appropriate mechanism for resolving the issue.
